🌿 My Approach

My approach is calm, steady, and supportive. I help children, teens, and adults slow down, understand what is getting in the way, and build practical tools that make everyday life feel more manageable.

For therapy clients, I blend CBT, DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, and mind–body awareness to create a balanced, integrative experience focused on emotional regulation, clarity, and meaningful progress.

For coaching clients, I take a practical, strengths-based approach focused on organization, executive functioning, routines, productivity, accountability, and creating realistic systems that fit everyday life.

For consultation, the focus is on identifying challenges, improving organization and workflow, and developing practical strategies that support greater clarity, efficiency, and wellbeing.

Across all services, my goal is to provide a grounded, collaborative space where you feel supported, capable, and equipped to create meaningful change.

I bring a strengths-based, neurodivergent-affirming perspective that helps you or your child feel understood without judgment. Through coaching, consultation, or short-term therapy, I focus on helping you build practical tools, healthier routines, emotional balance, and systems that support the way you actually live and function.
